Make sure that his / her passport and signature are valid

Entry visa:

Be sure to obtain a legal visa for the country you wish to travel to and take into account the validity period and the length of stay

Ticket:

The ticket must be valid for travel and return, and be sure to confirm your reservation well in advance of the day of travel (not less than 48 hours) and in accordance with the instructions of the carrier
